Leavers Destinations

Every Autumn we hold a transition fair attended by colleges, organisations and disability experts to provide families with comprehensive and current information. 

Leavers are well-prepared for transition with a Transition Plan to enable students to have informed choice regarding placement and pathways. These include: 

• Day Colleges
• Residential Specialist Provisions
• Employment

Every student is unique and our aim is to ensure that students transition to provisions matched to their abilities, needs and aspirations.
